President, Somerset Wildlife Trust
Having moved down to Somerset from London a few years ago, I soon became passionate about the wildlife of this diverse, beautiful and fascinating county. I am fortunate to live on the Somerset Levels, one of the UK’s most important wetlands, which is currently undergoing a dramatic change for the better, as the landscape is ‘rewilded’ – bringing back iconic wildlife such as cranes to this watery wonderland.
In my role as President of the Somerset Wildlife Trust I am working closely with Chief Executive Simon Nash and his team to help make the most of the natural heritage of this very special county.
